Avoid this company at all costs. I received an unkind text saying my appointment was canceled 8 minutes before they were supposed to show up because I didn’t confirm the appointment on time. I booked a week in advance and they said they’d arrive between 10-10:30am, then let me know only a few minutes before that they were no longer showing up, even though I texted them confirming the appointment 25 minutes after they left me a voicemail. quick to jump on the service; not quick to fix the 2 areas they didn't clean. as a matter of fact, they didn't respond when I sent photos of the 2 spots that weren't even touched. a couch, btw. cleaner, not so nice and did you know they charge extra to use the apt complex hose? and he said he was making a deal for me. will not use again. never. no matter what. why can't you stand behind your cleaning?
