I am not happy with your service. You charged us $200. Did not clean the entryway, there are still stains and it still smells bad. I spoke with Curtis and Hope over the weekend and they said it would be fixed. Still nothing. It's been almost two weeks now. This needs to be fixed or refunded.
Unlike the statements made by a distraught son whose judgement is clouded by grief and ignorance - the client was Jeannie O. Wood who suffered from end-stage breast cancer - and Curtis' attention to detail is exactly what Jeannie required to live the last three years. Moreover, the sons were in college and away from Fort Dodge while Curtis and his crew did their wonderful work for Jeannie. I paid those bills - and I'm completely satisfied as was my dear baby sister.
