Simply Clean was able to come out within just a couple days of me calling and they did an excellent job. We had red food coloring spilled on the carpet and they were able to get the stain out. Our carpet looks new! Will definitely have them back.
Curtis and his staff were great to work with. Received an estimate quickly and for a very fair price. He worked my carpet cleaning job into his schedule on short notice. Crew arrived on time and finished in less time than estimated. They got all the stains out and the carpet looks great. At the last second I decided to have them clean some hallway rugs and he offered to clean them at no extra charge! Curtis stopped by the next day to check on our satisfaction. Highly satisfied! Hired this company to clean my white carpets prior to the arrival of my new baby. Set it up for Tuesday at 12:30. Tuesday at 1:00 no one was here yet so I called the office... No answer, I finally got ahold of someone via Facebook messenger... The two workers showed up shortly after. It only took them about a half hour start to finish to complete the job and frankly I think I could have done better with a rug doctor. The two guys just acted like they didn't want to be there. I was UNIMPRESSED with the job preformed by Simply Clean and Restoration. I contacted them to clean my four bedrooms of carpet. I was quickly given and estimate and a time for the cleaning. On the FIRST attempt to clean the carpets, the workers arrived without a vacuum. I gave them mine to use. The carpets were cleaned very hastily(30 minutes for 4 good sized bedrooms) leaving many spots not even touched.
