I called them to reinstall a new water heater. The owner Don's son came out and started doing a rushed/sloppy job. On Monday October 22nd at 10:00am Simply Better Plumbing crew installed a 30 gallon electric water heater for townhouse resident. At 7:00 pm that evening, resident stated there was a water leak on the supply line pipe to the water heater. resident requested we come and check the situation. The owner and office manager responded at 7:35pm (1/2 hour later) Resident requested a water heater stand be installed - Crew did install at no charge. Crew re-soldered the supply pipes. First time using Simply Better Plumbing and I will definitely use them again. Extremely reasonable pricing and ready to get the job done. Very polite and professional and just down home people. Eric did the job of replacing the hot water heater, very nice young man. The team was very efficient and job completed in a timely manner. I spoke with Tom to schedule the job, simple and easy!!
Don is very professional and did a fantastic job. He installed a new faucet in the bathroom and fixed our faucet's outside. I would highly recommend Simply Better Plumbing and Drain. Great price.
