Having a water heater go is never convenient. Called Don and not only did he quote me a fair price, it was thousands less than other plumbing companies were quoting me for a tankless water heater. He was able to move us up on the schedule and took care of us with great service. Couldn't be happier.
Every now and then I "get it right..." I needed a natural gas line installed at my home, but didn't have a clue as to how to go about it. Simply Better Plumbing replaced my water heater and after reinstalling my Soft Water System it would not work. They went out of their way and did the right thing by replacing the Water Softener System at their expense.
Found Simply Better Plumbing on Home Advisor - They quickly responded to my clogged drain and had it repaired the same day. Then a week or so later when I noticed a leak outside of the house they were agin quick to respond and help out. They did all they could to make repairs with the least invasive procedure. The pipe was so bad that it did need to be totally replaced. They worked well with my insurance company and now my new plumbing works better than ever! Everyone I worked with was friendly and professional.
On September 28, 2018 I had a gas leak and the city shut off my gas off. I did not know who to call to fix a gas line. I checked with Home Advisers and Simply Better Plumbing and Drain, Inc. was among several others. I chose them because none of the other company specified they could do a gas line. I engaged Simply Better Plumbing to diagnose and replace 30 + ft of sewer line at a rental property we own in Phoenix. Due being located in CA I searched Home Advisor who I trust who had listed them along with several other plumbing companies in the Phoenix area.. Have used Simply Better on numerous occasions! They are professional, proficient and beat any price in town without the craftsmanship suffering. We had a pin hole leak just before the last holiday's and not only did they come after hours without charging a premium, they also lowered their price to help cover the insurance deductible and followed up after the water mitigation was complete on their own dime! I would highly recommend Simply Better and WILL NOT use another company!
I recently purchased a home that had cast iron sewer pipes and had 5-10 companies come out to give an estimate to repair and replace the sewer pipes. Don was the ONLY plumber that came out with the proper equipment to diagnose the issue. Additionally, they were able to come up with a creative solution so I didn't head to break up the foundation and flooring in my home.
