When retail meets healthcare. I dislike this place because they charge you add-ons, like fluoride treatment, that you don’t need. Anything to maximize their profits, they will charge you. They have this dentist assistance program where a sloppy dentist assistant does the grunt work on your mouth and the actual dentist does nothing but prep you for the sloppy dentist assistant. They don’t do good work and I been overcharged. Sleezy business. Simply Sleezy. I’m done with them.
I was told my insurance would cover all procedures, now, Over a year later they are billing me. I checked with Simply Beautiful Smiles at the beginning of the procedure I and was told I was covered.
