Dr. Watt and her staff were wonderful!! They were cordial, informative, thorough and answered all my dental questions. I had an excellent visit.
Absolutely superb care. Everyone from the time you enter until you check out made me feel safe. My doctor and assistant were absolutely awesome. Constantly and I mean constantly checking to see if I was ok. Best care that I could ever imagine.
I’m giving this place a second chance for my cleaning. But the dental assistant told me my insurance covers my consultation appointment costs and then they tried to charge me for the appointment literally 15 minutes later when I went to the front desk. Also I’ve been here twice and they haven’t touched my teeth yet. Spent two appointments getting looked at. Hope it gets straightened out and I actually get some work done. It’s not easy taking off from work when you’re blue collar.
Great atmosphere! Great staff! Streamlined process. The only downside is they have it of patients and can mean longer waits. I waited ~20 minutes after my appointment time.
