This is the first bad review I have ever written, to get to the point quickly they installed a 9 dollar part that I purchased on an outdoor TV, they were here for a little over an hour and billed me 827 dollars. Seemed very excessive to me. Make sure you get a quote before dealing with this company, greed can drive customers away. I was going to use them for a bigger project but will look else where now. Be careful before calling them unless you don't care about being overcharged.

I've been with Simply Automated for around 8 years and have been very happy with their products, service, and response times. We recently had to replace our Frame TV. The staff who installed the TV did an exceptional job removing the old TV, installing the new TV, and reprograming the network system.
The Simply Automated team was great to work with from start to finish. The sales team worked at our pace and provided transparency into the scope of work and process. The install team was very knowledgeable and respectful, given my home office situation. Lastly, the service has team been responsive and quick to address any issues with my system. They are & do business very professionally and were very open to any questions & ideas for our system. Would recommend the Company to anyone that is interested in any security issues at their home or business!
