I've been with Simply Automated for around 8 years and have been very happy with their products, service, and response times. We recently had to replace our Frame TV. The staff who installed the TV did an exceptional job removing the old TV, installing the new TV, and reprograming the network system.
The Simply Automated team was great to work with from start to finish. The sales team worked at our pace and provided transparency into the scope of work and process. The install team was very knowledgeable and respectful, given my home office situation. Lastly, the service has team been responsive and quick to address any issues with my system. Simply Automated exceeded my expectations, every phone call answered or returned promptly, project scheduled and completed a couple of weeks sooner than promised. We recently advised Joe, at Simply Automated, that we needed four additional devices added to the existing security system which is currently in our house. On October 15th, two of their technicians, Don and John, came to our house to install the new equipment. As soon as they came in, we could tell that they both knew what had to be done.
