From my experience these people are crooks. Yesterday they gave a potential renter keys to my apartment and told them my apartment was storage and was included with the rent of another apartment. The woman used the key given to her to enter my apartment while I was home. What makes this truly horrible is that they rented me my apartment and obviously must have terrible records.
What a breath of fresh air is LIZ STUARD to work with! We used her amazing services 4 years ago when we moved to town for a purchase, then since our plans changed we had to sell! we just closed on sale of our house today! Man that girl is on the ball, very responsive and knowledgeable, is meticulous over details! Liz dots her eyes and crosses her T’s… even my husband has huge respect for how smooth everything went because she is on it! And a definite sweet honest genuine person! If you use her you will not be sorry!!
simpliHOM is an amazing place to work. Individual experiences are not always a reflection of the entire organization good or bad. BUT so far everyone has been so kind and easy to work with. I love it here. Thank you to everyone who has made me feel welcome.
