I hate to ruin this guy’s five star rating. I called about a month ago and they had me go online to fill out a service request, told me it would be about 2 to 3 weeks. At about two I sent a message asking if he knew where I was on the schedule. I had expected to hear something ahead of time.. He replied to me that he would get to me around the end of the week. Austin and Tyler are most efficient, well groomed and eager to help. They provided me competent help and usually did what they said they would do in a timely manner.
Upon moving to Knoxville, I was incredibly fortunate to meet Austin and Tyler and later the SYS team. They have been providing all the service for my Sea Ray for the past 8yrs and I could not be happier.
