A very friendly place with a very professional staff. I have been there several times and always pleased with the job they have done. Makes me feel special when I walk on the door. Wouldn't go anywhere else but to Simplicity! Worth the drive to Germantown!!

The best part of the salon is that they truly care that their customers are satisfied. I had a nail issue, my fault, chipped a nail, Aggie had me come in a fixed it for free! Love these ladies!

I went here a few weeks ago and had a wonderful experience. The ladies working are extremely nice, and really help each other out. I also thoroughly enjoyed how clean this place is, and that customer safety seems to be a top priority with most supplies being disposable. I won't be going any other place from now on. I'll give it 5 stars, but only because I couldn't give it more:)
I would give these ladies 10 stars if I could. Love Simplicity!
Nice salon..know their business! Great gals work there. The people that go there are fun to around.
