When buying our home Kinda Flagg went above and beyond to help us find our forever home. She was always available and had answers when we needed them. I was most impressed with her knowledge of how the VA loans worked. Her expertise in the area in Bryan College Station was a great help in selecting our home. She walked us through the dos and don'ts of selling our home and made sure we got the most out of our investment. She also helped us secure a great deal on our new forever home. She is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and pays great attention to detail (she notices the unnoticeable). As a first time homebuyer I had a lot of questions about the process. Kinda Flagg was by far the best lady for the job. She's upfront and honest with her clients, never made me feel like I couldn't ask questions, and being that I was in New Mexico and couldn't make it to College Station, she made herself available for my mom and sister to show them homes on my behalf. I would definitely recommend her for your real estate needs! 10/10!
