I was skeptical at first because the prices were too good to be true. But after only two treatments I see and feel the difference! I am so relieved that I gave Simplicity a try. I’ve gone to several other hair removal clinics and simplicity is absolutely the best.
Disappointed for 2 reasons from this place. First they sold me an expired elta md sunblock. I did not notice it was expired until I went to my car. They then claimed that’s why it’s 40% off, really ?? It is not ok to sell an expired product and they claimed that’s why it is discounted. I came back to office to request refund. The refund took a week because they claimed they can’t refund me in the office and I have to wait for corporate. Second, I never miss an appointment. By Cynthia. My appointments have primarily been with Stephanie for over a year. I recently had an appointment with Baylie. They are very professional and pleasant. They put you at ease while addressing any concerns. Jessica has been terrific about scheduling appointments and most helpful when there has been unexpected need for pausing sessions and membership fees. All three ladies have been lovely and pleasant, especially at 7am.
Absolutely love this place, they took the time to walk me through everything and answered all my questions. The manager Jessica even helped make sure I am taken care of every visit. Thank you ladies!
