Good experience, they were kind enough to wave a rescheduling fee for me when I accidentally didn't shave close enough for the bazillion which was nice! But make sure you are always on time for appointments, they will cancel it if you're more than 5 minutes late- it's happened to me once but it is what it is

I’ve had a great experience at Simplicity Laser! The staff is professional and the space is super clean. Kelli is amazing—so kind, knowledgeable, and always makes me feel comfortable. Highly recommend booking with her!

Firstly, every employee was always wonderful, and the customer service aspect was top notch. Unfortunately, I am overall dissatisfied with the service. I only had 13 appointments despite purchasing a full package, and since realizing I will be calling to ask about it. For reference, I am currently 21yrs old and female. I followed every pre/post-treatment procedure (including using their brand of "restorative" gel, which I never had an issue with yet also have no positive remarks. Just use aloe vera).
