I’ve had many services done by this company for two different properties that I own and their work is very thorough and they are professional and very experienced. I would highly recommend them in the prices are affordable.
SIS is a great company! Our condo community was in need of repair and updates to an old irrigation system, and Rich provided options that worked within our budget. Our technician, Pete, has been friendly, courteous, and dependable to answer questions and provide prompt service. With a monthly maintenance plan, Pete is familiar with our property and goes above and beyond providing great service. Working with SIS has been a good investment for our community.
Brenden, the technician, was a pleasure to work with. He was excellent at diagnosing and repairing my lawn sprinkler system. Knowledgeable, fast, personable and fair. Truck was well stocked too.
