Great! Dr. Pham is an outstanding human and an excellent doctor!
HORRIBLE!!!!! Please avoid this clinic at all costs! Extremely unprofessional people and they never pick up the calls! I had called multiple times and each time there was as a 20-25min wait and sometimes it would get disconnected. A report was supposed to be sent out from their office and each time they would tell you they are sending it by end of the day. IT NEVER GOT SENT! I wish I gave them 0 or -3 .I have never experienced such a careless treatment. The doctor told me a medicine to take, but he forgot the medication to prescribe .and I called them many times and left a voice message, but no one called me back . I decided to change my primary doctor.
I agree with Kazi's review about replacing the front desk ladies. They pick and choose who they want to greet and help. This is just my observation because I have been a patient at this clinic for about four years. The "care" and "families" in Inova Cares Clinic for Families seem to have been lacking throughout my visits. This should be named the Inova "Careless" Clinic for families. Extremely dark and unspeakably hidden, covering-up & 《Murder by Injection》（authored by Eustace Mullins） types in Annandale location some yrs ago. Mainly joined by a v-a-woman, a k-a-woman, a w-male.
