It couldn't possibly have been repaired any better—thank you very much for everything.
I had been in accidents twice before, but for this third one, I worked with Simplicity; the workmanship was truly flawless, and they paid attention to the finest details. I am genuinely very pleased—thank you for everything.
I have had my truck at simplicity West Oshawa for 42 days now, there is very little work complete and my text message are inundated with bold faced lies from franchise owner Mike Kent. Carol and Simplicity turned their backs on it but we will be serving this company for mental anguish and financial loss based on their website advertising when I get my truck back. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!! I have written statements from 4 shops that this is a week long job not 42 days!!
Very efficient and well managed. The entire process was smooth and hassle-free — just a few phone calls, drop off the car, and pick it up when it was ready. They even arranged a rental car for me. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Very satisfied with the service!
These folks were exceptional, they kept me in the loop. Darelene is very nice and she go above and beyond for the customers.
