From start to finish this was a very easy, stress free experience! All of the staff I dealt with were excellent. The communication was great. Work was not just done on time but a little ahead of schedule. They even detailed the interior of my car before returning it to me, which was an unexpected surprise. Great job Simplicity! If I ever need bodywork again you will be my first call.
Great service. Quoted price matched what I paid, I got a courtesy ride home. They kept me up to date with the repair the entire time and it took exactly the time they expected. We will use Mike and Simplicity for all of our bodywork and detailing from now on.
Fixed up my rear bumper with no problems. They even have an on-site mechanic too!
