I chose this storage rental based on its 5 star Google ratings and reviews. However, I must warn you about this business. Our storage unit was locked, but somehow every valuable item inside it disappeared. A police report has been made and camera footage has been requested. On a side note, I have never seen an employee at this location. It may be located in Richmond, but you have to call an automated number out of Bardstown, Ky. Don't be like me and lose a lifetime of collectibles. Find a unit that has security guards, codes... read more
