WORST experience ever! FALSE advertising company! NO SIMPLE SHOWINGS! KEITH hung up in my face, after a booked showing online that he didn't want to do! Took the "show me the money" attitude about pre approval letter required, instead of doing his job of showing properties! Even though I had the letter but no way near the offer phase! Fred was an excellent representative for me in the sale of my home. I was able to get under contract before even coming on the market! The negotiations were challenging (although one would think I held all the cards, the buyers agent was difficult). Fred maintained his professionalism and even talked me off the ledge quite a few times. In the end, I got what i wanted out of the deal and saved over $20,000 by going with Simple Showings.
