I lost remote control of the HDMI switch, and they sent me one free of charge, great service, thank you.
I bought a lamp from Simplecom but it became faulty really soon. So I contacted Simplecom, after I mailed the faulty item, they gave me a replacement. The process was easy and no hassles. I really like the customer service quality.
