Purchased this product from a Supplier in Sydney. The products worked 1st go and excellent delivery of Graphics from HDI to DP 4K. Also, very well and is well priced. I now make full use of my Wide screen monitor connecting 3 ports via the HDMI, Type-C and now Display Port using this cable. Thanks for making the device readily available and easy to get with other products needing to wait for up to a week. I bought a lamp from Simplecom but it became faulty really soon. So I contacted Simplecom, after I mailed the faulty item, they gave me a replacement. The process was easy and no hassles. I really like the customer service quality.
Very poor experience. Purchased a faulty dock. All efforts for refund from supplier have failed. Avoid this company.
