I have had two massages through Simple Therapeutics for my upper back/neck muscle tension and after each massage, I feel relief for MONTHS. It is so nice to finally find a reputable and knowledgable place!

Long story, I have lumbar and cervical spine constant pain I was so bad I was barely walking with a cane. I've been going to Josh since this past December 2017 by February 2018 I was walking without the cane and I'm able to work a full time job! I was so knotted up and had bad posture because of the spinal pain it was awful, after working out the messes in my muscles I'm feeling great, I go up and down 3 flights of stairs at my work without hardly a glitch, the doctors wanted to send me to physical therapy and spinal shots! ... read more

My expectations were exceeded at Simple Therapeutics! I had an amazingly tranquil experience with Zack! He is professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to healing the body through corrective relaxation techniques. The ambience of the massage room captivates your mind with peaceful sounds of spa music inviting you to a place of serenity. It was certainly a much needed place of calmness after a long work day. Ive been here 4 times now and each time is better than the last. HIGHLY recommend their massages, especially their Thai massage. Josh is amazing! I will continue to be a regular customer here!
