I own a property on a lake. Paid him several times to mow it and I never checked in b/c the property is a ways away and I have neighbors checking in. The lawn was done just fine for 2-3 cuts, but the other areas that were supposed to be weed eated and kept in good shape were let go and they overgrew (after I had already paid them to clean those areas up initially).
