I ordered a delivery online through the Simple Simon website. After almost an hour and a half later I called the store to inquire about the status of my order. After I gave my information the employee says “oops, we just realized it was a delivery order, do you still want the order” I asked how long was the pizza sitting out and the employee did not know, so I declined and asked for a refund.
