I called in my order and was about 15 to 20 mins out. Pulled in told the guy that needs a hair net on that I was there to pick up my order. He looked at me and said I haven't even started it. Why call it in if your not going to fix it. This is the 2nd time. Wont be a 3rd you all suck.
Was calling to check store hours for Easter Sunday as was hoping they would be the place we got our party food. Well, they won't answer the phones so I'm just going to switch which location i use. Owasso picked up on the first ring, but sadly will not be open. Because they answered both the phone and my question Owasso will now be the Simple Simons I go to. Answering a phone call is probably the easiest thing to do. If they can't even do that then what else do they NOT do that they should.. like cooking the bread completely?... read more
