Delivered my pizza mangled and with the cheese falling off, crumpled in the corner of the box. Called and they won't deliver I new one I have to waste MY gas, pack up my toddler, and bring in the old one to get it fixed. First and last time ordering. Terrible.

I buy pizza there every week and I've been so happy with the food for over a year until this week when it was delivered the crust was burned and hard. I immediately voiced this to the delivery driver and he told me that was normal for the thin crust pizza. he also said I ordered the thin crust but everyone that works there knows what I order so my little guys couldn't eat it and I had to waste 19.00 because he refused to replace it. Ordered a pizza with extra sauce and there was barely any sauce on the pizza and gave us the wrong crust. After calling and explaining the issue the staff was rude and said they were not going to fix the pizza

We love Simple Simon's Pizza since the new owners have taken over. The only things I would ask is that the Fiesta Pizza have taco toppings & that they not be so dark on top. My daughter's hamburger was almost too done. We will be back and refer others.
