I've been a resident for 6 months now, and have had nothing but positive experiences. Danny has been communicative, friendly, and beyond helpful as a resident, and Yasmin was a great help during the leasing process as well. They have a great team, and system of apps for making payment, requests, etc. which makes it very quick and easy to manage your lease.
The move was very easy and straightforward. Yazmin was very helpful through the whole process.
Yazmin has been very helpful throughout the whole process of my move-in and even afterwards helping with keeping the building safe making sure all doors are closed and locked working properly. She has been very responsive in a timely manner. Simple Property has made it easy to work with. I highly recommend Simple Property management.
Jon was very informative with the process and what to expect when renting out a property. He spent a good amount of time explaining the process and answering all of my questions.
Will NEVER rent from them again. Maintenance comes whenever unannounced. Pops up when you aren’t home, still enters your unit. Very disrespectful and disappointing
