I loved working with simple property management.
Worst property management company ever! They are dishonest, do not follow your contract. When it comes to Maintenance thats a lie, they just keep taken, and don’t follow the rules!!
Lovely apartment and area to live in. Set up was pretty easy with first showing and application process. Yazmin was wonderful to work with and has top notch communication skills. Apartment hunting can be difficult and they made it Simple. Pun intended!
We have been tenants since before Simple Property Management took over. Danny has been very polite and helpful over the last couple of years.
