I had the pleasure of dealing with Ricardo with simple power. My inverter was not working so he replace it and the replacement fail after two weeks but he handle the problem with the manufacturer and got them to replace it again. He was great always on time and always willing to answer any question I had, he also show me how to set up the app. Thank you for all the help Ricardo, I really appreciated. Thanks

Simplepower invented all this to avoid paying me:,,,,, to Martha, it looks like your customer is claiming that they were promised 12 months and a main panel upgrade as well.
