After being installed in June we found out 3 weeks ago they had nothing wired to the battery load panel. Power went off we had no power. They worked on system Aug 13th and that caused our PG&E bill to go to $700 a month. We are stuck paying a Palmetto bill of $421 a month. It has cost us more to go solar than what we were paying PG&E. They now have refused to finish the install. There are junction boxes in basement with bare wires out for anybody to touch. I have NO idea how they got it past the building inspection. This is our first time getting solar panels and are extremely happy that we went with Simple Power after looking into numerous Solar companies. The installers Steven and his assistant are very kind, knowledgeable, and professional! We’ve had a great experience with the owner Toby and all his team from start to finish. I highly recommend Simple Power!
I had the pleasure of dealing with Ricardo with simple power. My inverter was not working so he replace it and the replacement fail after two weeks but he handle the problem with the manufacturer and got them to replace it again. He was great always on time and always willing to answer any question I had, he also show me how to set up the app. Thank you for all the help Ricardo, I really appreciated. Thanks
SP is a professional company to work with. They care about customers, partnership! Toby is a great leader and partner! Always being on top of everything!
