Horrible....do not work with Rita Fernandez, she is unprofessional, doesn't pay the associations bills, she takes no responsibility for the huge problems that she causes.
The lady who runs this Management company who goes by the name Rita does not have any Credentials nor a single review and she is the most rudest and incapable person who is some how running this so called Management company out of a Club house and she acts like she has the knowledge and ability of a Professional but she is totally incapable and does illegal jobs and feels she is not answerable to any one. Response rate to e-mail requests has dramatically declined and open communication with owners about important updates concerning ongoing issues is non-existent. A sue or be sued culture now prevails among homeowners, management and the board with threatening lawsuits becoming the norm to get things done. Can't speak with the board directly and can't get answers to e-mail requests from this management company (sometimes for years).
