I wish to highly recommend the Simple Home Exits team for their patience, understanding, and acumen with which they helped me sell my step-mothers house. I can't stress how simple the team made the whole process from start to finish. I was satisfied with their on the spot offer. Simple Home Exits truly lives up to its name: this was the SIMPLEST real estate transaction I've ever dealt with! I had too many other things going on in my life to put my house on the market with an agent.
