Mike was efficient and explained problem. He took care of ordering parts right away. Also very personable.
Simple Electric was awesome, they answered the phone right away and had an electrician at my house within a couple of hours. We had an electrical short in that knocked out half our house. Shawn came had it fixed very quickly, cleaned up the mess and had our house back to normal. Same day. Really appreciate Shawn and all at Simple Electric!!
I’m amazed at how well this entire process went! Steven was meticulous in the way he assessed the issues that need attention. He clearly presented his recommendations and the reasoning behind them. I am confident that Stephen found ALL the issues, because some could easily have been missed. I would also like to commend Dee for the way she kept the information flowing. That’s a key part of customer satisfaction.
