Great friendly service, amazing coffee, productive atmosphere with a fun vibe. Can't beat the gelato or baked goods.
I was so impressed with (and blessed by) the service we received today in Holland. My son fell in the store (simple toddler error) and managed to injure himself pretty well. Within a minute, I had ice, bandaids, napkins, a cup of water, and helping hands at the ready. Not only that, but our order was graciously "on the house," and I felt so supported as a mom while my munchkin recovered from his traumatic bump.
