Simon says... "You're our plumber for life!" In the dead zone of 7:00 AM to 8:00 AM, Simon was the only human to immediately call back - the rest were robot/AI agents that are sounding so authentic nowadays, it's impossible to tell they're not human. Simon deserves 5's across the board: he's knowledgeable, patient, proficient at explaining the problem in layman's language, and is a consummate pro. Thank you! Simon says... you're our plumber for life!
Very good service and high work ethics
We had a water leak in our front yard next to our meter. Called the city and they took 3 hours to come out to say it wasn't their problem. I did a quick search for an emergency plumber and Simon showed up in under 30 minutes. He went right to work and ended up having to dig a really deep hole to get to the issue. He got everything fixed for us and at a great price. He was a pleasure to work with and I’ll certainly use him for any other plumbing needs!
Amazing experience with Simon's Plumbing! Incredibly friendly, quick to respond, and did a great job. Everything was easy from start to finish. Highly recommend!
Great service. Showed up very fast and identified the issue very quickly. Honest feedback on options and fixed it within 30 minutes of arriving. Thanks Simon
