Horrible experience, avoid Simon's This had to be one of the worst experiences I've ever encountered while purchasing furniture. Our furniture was ordered months before the baby was due. When we had the room ready to go we were told the furniture was waiting for us. I rented a u-haul and went to pick up the furniture to find 3 of the pieces were not in yet. Most amazing service I've ever had! I had ordered a bunk-bed set from another store and it was supposed to be delivered Sep 22nd. Sep 28th the store called and said it would be another month until delivery. I canceled the order, but was in a jam then. We had 9 guests coming for the weekend Oct1st, and our social worker for our post-adoption visit was coming for a house inspection Sep 30th!! Simons Baby Furniture Beds rude crooks We were shopping for Britax car seat over $200, they appeared to have the lowest price. I confirmed w/mgr and associate several times, that it was the current year's model. Only to find out once I got it home, that it was a 2 year old model. When I demanded a full refund mgr refused and wanted to charge me $25 restocking fee, as if it were my fault! Great furniture & service One of the best!! After shopping all the local stores for my baby's furniture we ended up at Simon's. The individual attention was great & all the employees were very informed. The furniture arrived ahead of schedule & was delivered & set up exactly as promised. The one slight problem was resolved quickly & to my satisfaction. I would recommend Simon's to anyone looking for quality furniture at prices better than any other local store.
Great Furniture We purchased our sons nursery furniture at Simons, and got a high end set for a great price. They were very helpful, and had a wide variety of cribs and other furniture. I'm looking forward to buying his next bedroom set in a year or so.
High Quality Products This place has some beautiful products. Everthing you can think of for the new baby arrival. If you sign up for the registery they give you credit towards merchandise for everything that is bought on your registery. Nice! The staff is extremely helpful too. I bought a pair of lamps that had to be ordered and they came and the colors didn't match. They quickly rectified the situation! The prices can be high but its great.
Great furniture We bought our son's crib here. The quality of furniture is great. Once or twic a year they have a blowout sale that is GREAT! Highly recommend this store.
