Good Experience We went into Simons not expecting to purchase but wanted to see nicer stuff than what we saw at the big box stores. WOW! Really nice store and the prices were better than what we saw elsewhere and the quality is much better! We had the Baby Bargain Bible book and they had all the highly rated things we wanted. We checked all over online and their prices were the same or better. We did order furniture and it came in right when they said it would. The delivery guys were great. Great furniture & service One of the best!! After shopping all the local stores for my baby's furniture we ended up at Simon's. The individual attention was great & all the employees were very informed. The furniture arrived ahead of schedule & was delivered & set up exactly as promised. The one slight problem was resolved quickly & to my satisfaction. I would recommend Simon's to anyone looking for quality furniture at prices better than any other local store.
Major disappointment. We heard good word of mouth reviews from other families here in Rochester. Store staff were very friendly during registry set up in the summer of 2012. Later, though, we found several items that never made it onto our registry. A friend called to inquire about the stroller we listed. They took it off the registry even though she never bought it. Loved the store Loved this store. We went to the Buy Buy Baby and Babies R us and the people there had no idea what they were talking about and the furniture brands were all low end. We found all the "A" rated brands at Simon's, all on display to see. Furniture came in exactly when they said (4 1/2 weeks) and the delivery guys were really polite and professional. Would highly recommend the store!
Ms. I love this store!!! I had so much fun registering....the ladies were so helpful! My furniture looks great and my glider is just perfect for the room. Could not be happier with the service and furniture! Thank-you Simon's!!
Horrible experience, avoid Simon's This had to be one of the worst experiences I've ever encountered while purchasing furniture. Our furniture was ordered months before the baby was due. When we had the room ready to go we were told the furniture was waiting for us. I rented a u-haul and went to pick up the furniture to find 3 of the pieces were not in yet. Mrs. I was sent to Simon's from a friend who loved their nursery furniture. I bought my son and daughter their furniture there, and I LOVE how both of their rooms have turned out. I found the woman who helped me so informative and gave us great suggestions for a small room. I now find myself buying lots of gifts there too. They have a great selection of really cute stuff that you can't get everywhere. I would definitely recommend Simon's.
Simons Baby Furniture Beds rude crooks We were shopping for Britax car seat over $200, they appeared to have the lowest price. I confirmed w/mgr and associate several times, that it was the current year's model. Only to find out once I got it home, that it was a 2 year old model. When I demanded a full refund mgr refused and wanted to charge me $25 restocking fee, as if it were my fault! Great Place We are having our first baby and we shopped everywhere and chose Simons. The girls that work there are so nice and know everthing from car seats to baby carriers and every time we went in we had a great time! Our furniture is gorgeous and great quality and we spent less than what we would have at Buy Buy Baby or babies r us for much better quality. Plus they installed our car seat! Great place!
