Initially was scheduled 6/4 at 2:45 on Bascom location, received a Call from them 6/2 saying my image required 30 minutes and the scheduler person schedule me for 15 minutes only. “As if they run on the dot” Reschedule for 6/9 at 2:45 on pollard rd. Received a confirmation and phone call a day before showed up at 2:30 to be told i don’t have an appointment, Then after getting another clerk’s help she said you were schedule but the machine 1 is not working we need to reschedule again, very frustrating Spoke with the office ma... read more
