Easy, comfortable experience. Staff (front and back) very pleasant, friendly and professional. Images were ready on disc within minutes. The only frustration was that despite scheduling I received several repeated calls to schedule, which continued after I called to alert scheduling and even after the exam was completed. Minor annoyance to an otherwise very pleasant experience.
Overall a great experience: no waiting, not cold like some doctors offices, and the ct scan did take much time.
Staff and Facility were great. Parking was awful. Worst parking lot I've been to in my life. Hardly a spot to park that you didn't need 4 wheel drive to get over tree roots and broken pavement 🫣 I wish I had a picture
The office staff were wonderful but the waiting area is dirty (stained chairs, dust toward the back of the chair, debris on the carpet) and the xray room was quite cramped.
Check in through apps was very efficient, staff was friendly & explain very clear & easy understand how the process go through 👍👍👍
