Office staff and technicians were awesome and made me feel that I was in great hands. The phone operators were terrible. It took 2 months to schedule my appointment at the correct facility. They have to change the way their phone operators triage and make appointments.

I've been to several different Simonmed offices and they've all been great!!
I had an appointment scheduled for 11:00 AM and even received confirmation text messages. However, when I arrived, they couldn’t find my appointment on the schedule. The gentleman at the front desk kindly asked me to give him a minute, and within less than five minutes, he had me checked in and taken to the X-ray room. Once the X-rays were completed, my copies were ready, and I was able to head home peacefully—all within about 20 minutes.
