Friendly staff , busy tho long wait time , didn't necessarily like my reason for being there that experience is never plesant .
Staff too busy to talk to you upon arrival, other than to demand you sign in at a kiosk. Very unfriendly at the desk, much to busy to answer a single question. The place had the feel of a third world medical facility.If you have a choice, go elsewhere.
Every one is very helpful and friendly. The bad thing is we can't use lockers and have to dress in the xray rooms
After being told that with our current insurance would be covered a 100% for radiographs a few weeks later we received a bill in the mail. I called the insurance company to see what was going on with the bill. Come to find out they have a contract with my insurance company as a private imaging center and they are billing me as private office even though they have a contract with my insurance company stating different. They were extremely busy with their systems running slow but had it set up in an organized fashion to get their clients checked in and tests completed . Good job
They are really VERY nice here - Everyone VERY NICE!
