The staff was friendly and professional. My CT images were available immediately after the scan, and the official radiology report was completed promptly. The cost was only about one-fifth of what the hospital would have charged. I highly recommend this imaging center for its excellent service, quick turnaround, and affordable pricing.

I agree with all the other negative reviews. Scheduled CT months in advance. Received text day before appt canceled due to insurance denial. Never was I contacted to be offered the chance to pay out of pocket. Ended up scheduling and getting done another day and paid out of pocket. Scheduling a nightmare as phone staff seems to be in another country and barely speaks English. Also scheduled a MRI months in advance. I was charged a copay by the front desk check in person, Francine when I shouldn’t have been. I confirmed with my insurance provider, now I am having to go through my claims department to get my money back. Such an inconvenience. The online service to complete paperwork before your appointment also did not work, as I also had to complete the paperwork when I got there.
