My appointment was at 7:15pm. It is currently 7:45pm and the reception said it will be another 15 minutes. I have been sitting here for almost an hour… A courtesy call letting me know that they are running behind would have been nice.
Everything went well except the person who called the night before to tell me what I was going to owe at the time of service stated that Simon.Med was in network when I asked, but they were not in network and a contracted provider with my insurance.
Wonderful and very caring.
