Extremely unreliable billing system
They asked me to make an appoinment and I did it. Asked me to come 15 minute before and I did. But you know what. Eventhoug i have an appoinmente they made me to wait for more than an hour. The only positive thingh was the speaker spanish receptionist who was very kind. Me pidieron que concertara una cita y lo hice. Me pidieron que llegara 15 minutos antes y así lo hice. Pero, ¿saben qué? Aunque tenía cita, me hicieron esperar más de una hora. Lo único positivo fue la recepcionista, que hablaba español y fue muy amable.
