I had to take my 4 year old son to him for a hearing exam because of how frequently he was having ear infections. This was the first hearing exam my son has had to sit into with the exception of the one babies get at the hospital when they're born, so he really didn't understand the process. “I had a terrible experience with the customer service at Dr. Simonian office. The front desk staff who answered my call was very unprofessional and rude. I called to inquire about my canceled appointment and simply asked when the next available slot was. Instead of assisting me, she started yelling, saying they had left a message that I never returned. It is terrible It is impossible to make an appointment Last week they told “we have holidays don't call us “ really ? I'm working too! But I called on a business day on Tuesday Yesterday they told me to call tomorrow No one is answering the phone today I just wanted to make an appointment. I have never met a more boorish attitude towards patients
