I was pleased with my first visit to the doctor. The Dr. Simon Simonian asked what was bothering me, then explained it in detail and showed me on a poster what he was talking about. No other doctor has ever explained the problem to me in such detail.
When I was leaving the doctor’s office, the doctor told the nurse to send a prescription to my pharmacy because he didn’t have time to enter it into the system yet. He clearly said it should be sent afterward. Later, when I called to check on the medication, the nurse completely denied that anything was supposed to be sent. She spoke to me in a very rude and hostile tone and insisted that there was no prescription and nothing in the system. I had to take my 4 year old son to him for a hearing exam because of how frequently he was having ear infections. This was the first hearing exam my son has had to sit into with the exception of the one babies get at the hospital when they're born, so he really didn't understand the process. The exam was a complete mess and yet the Dr. determined that he has hearing problems and will need every surgery under the son. They had me almost scheduling a surgery date. “I had a terrible experience with the customer service at Dr. Simonian office. The front desk staff who answered my call was very unprofessional and rude. I called to inquire about my canceled appointment and simply asked when the next available slot was. Instead of assisting me, she started yelling, saying they had left a message that I never returned.
