No call / no show. I’m a returning customer who previously had a positive experience with Simonian, but this time they told me they'd call and complete the work on a certain date, but instead ghosted me. No courtesy call, no follow-up, no response to calls or texts - nothing. Complete silence after I'd taken the day off of work so they could complete the work.
