'The BEST experience of YOGA BREATHING MEDITATION from the most experienced YOGA Instructor, Lady Prana (Simone)!!!! I'm a beginner, my 1st time was PHE-NOM. Scheduled session class was 1hour. Time flew past before I knew it, my air pods that were 100% needed charged. Class session had started @ 6:00p, it was now 8:00p. She draws in on the needs & specifications of every individual. Just took Simone's yoga class at LA Fitness, whoa...shes great! Its a great Power Yoga work out !!!

I attended their virtual yoga session for two hours, and it was a fantastic experience, especially for someone like me who is new to yoga. I felt a great stretch and found the session both relaxing and invigorating. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to start their yoga journey or continue their practice. The instructor was knowledgeable, and the virtual format made it convenient to participate from the comfort of my own space. I look forward to attending more sessions with them in the future.
