I am writing this review to warn others about this agency and 180 St Leonards Road, Ascot Vale. This property is affected by serious mould and moisture issues. We raised concerns early and repeatedly, yet proper action was delayed for months. Instead of prioritising tenant health and safety, the agency focused on their insurance process while we continued living in unsafe conditions. Ebonnie has been excellent to work with. We have never had a better real estate agent and she has been very accomodating when we need to move inspection times around our schedules so we can be at home with our pets. Dealing with her and this agency has been stress free! Thanks Ebonnie :)

Even though we didn’t end up renting through Ebonnie, she really stood out. She was clear, upfront, and great at keeping in touch throughout the process. You could tell she genuinely cared about getting the right outcome for everyone involved. It was such a refreshing experience compared to most agents we dealt with. I really appreciated how she handled everything. She’s an excellent property manager and I'd highly recommend her and the team.
