One of the most frustrating viewing experiences Very disappointing experience at an inspection in Moonee Ponds. We arrived at 10.15 which was at the start of the advertised window but the agent, Ebonnie, had taken a group up early and never came back down to check for other attendees. The listed contact number was a dead office landline, and there was no signage indicating an inspection was on. Ebonnie has managed several of our properties for a number of years. She is verv approachable and a consummate professional. She has a good rapport with our tenants and any maintenance issues are handled quickly. Renewal of leases or new leases are arranged efficiently and we trust her implicitly in choosing tenants.
