I stayed at the apartment for the weekend and had a great experience. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was convenient, and everything I needed was nearby. Simon was great—very responsive and made check-in easy. I’d definitely stay here again!

Do NOT stay here or think about living here. We recently had a stay with Airbnb, which was owned by Susan and hosted by Stephanie. It was a living nightmare. These criminals placed us in 2 different units and we dealt with roaches, TWO leaking ceilings, and BLACK MOLD. To make things worse, we weren't reimbursed and were accused of false damage. I can't imagine what it's like to actually live here. Do not think about staying or renting. Report this place.
We had an awful Airbnb experience here. We aren't sure about Simon, but Susan and her host Stephanie put us in disgusting, rotting apartments and refused to do anything about it. We dealt with excessive cockroaches, pests like huge spiders and scorpions inside the apartment, leaking ceilings which caused large water damage, and black mold which made us sick. Completely unacceptable. Stay far away. This complex needs to be inspected ASAP.
