We loved working with Simon. He helped us get our units fully rented without any pressure for frivolous fees or unnecessary paperwork. We really appreciated the flat-fee structure—so much better than the typical nickel-and-dime approach—and we still had the autonomy to choose our management style and our own contractors. He even took our calls after hours, which was a huge plus. Our tenants are happy with the quick response to any issues as well. We’ll definitely be recommending him.

I stayed at the apartment for the weekend and had a great experience. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was convenient, and everything I needed was nearby. Simon was great—very responsive and made check-in easy. I’d definitely stay here again!

Do NOT stay here or think about living here. We recently had a stay with Airbnb, which was owned by Susan and hosted by Stephanie. It was a living nightmare. These criminals placed us in 2 different units and we dealt with roaches, TWO leaking ceilings, and BLACK MOLD. To make things worse, we weren't reimbursed and were accused of false damage. I can't imagine what it's like to actually live here. Do not think about staying or renting. Report this place.
