The property management is terrible. I don't know if the property is responsible for independent property owners taking over the parking spaces in the garage. Most of the parking spots in the Galleria are ALWAYS empty and sectioned off. Incredibly ridiculous.
Their mall management seems okay, but the Katy Mills Mall and Houston Premium Outlets have poor security that seems to be understaffed and poorly trained. Katy Mills Mall could use better cleaning services (place is disgusting) and I've been to all the malls in Houston and noticed a lot of security misses. They need to hire better security directors and people without ties to crime to keep the malls shoppers and the properties safe.
