My oldest son had his treatment done with Dr. Simon himself. He was highly competent and knowledgeable. My son’s teeth and smile after treatment came out beautifully. Then I had my two younger ones do the treatment with Dr. Simon as well, but halfway through the treatment, Dr. Simon passed away. No office staff member notified me of his passing, as I should have been. The office never sent me a written notification or made a phone call to inform me of this event. I started treatment back in May of 2020 and I was coming close to finishing treatment this year and unfortunately had a hardship in paying, and I got backed up 2 months, finally the lady told me to pay half of one of the months to not be sent to collections and I can pay the other half the following week, and then she will schedule me, when I called to pay the 2nd half, my June payment kicked in and now they said I need to pay over $600 to be seen again, it's been months since I went for treatment and now they are sending me... read more
Worse place. They don’t honor or cancel appointments. When you call they don’t answer the phone and finally when you talk to them at the window they don’t give appointments for 3 months later
