Dr. Simon was unwilling to help my daughter during the COVID-19 pandemic. We have been patients of record for over 5 years, and we could get no help from our pediatrician for a simple eye infection. I have been profoundly disappointed in Dr. Simon and his staff. Telecommunications during this pandemic have been encouraged by government officials, and this office is either unwilling or incapable of handling medical situations during this time. Unfortunately, we will not be back.
We love Dr. Simon! He's wonderful with our children and takes our opinions and concerns into consideration when treating them. I'm so thankful that we have him!
Dr. Simon is excellent with children. He explains everything. He is very thorough. He cares about children. He listens to the parents concerns and makes the concerns disappear.
