I bought my house through Simon in March. When I hear of the horror stories of people buying homes in Austin - it's not hard to realize I'd found a SUPERHERO of a realtor. He was patient, kind, and realistic with me. He kept me grounded, and pointed out things about homes and home buying I would never have thought of. Even though I had some pretty big hurdles, Simon lifted me above them. This is a new class of realtor. I now live in my dream home in South Austin because of his guidance and hard work.
Great realtor. Dedicated. Thorough. He was my best asset for my first home buying experience. He made look at other choices when my mind was made up to make sure I was 1000% sure. Available each time for walk thru to make sure I didn't miss the smallest thing. Answered every silly question I could come up with.
